BIG MINUS for the store for poor packing! The backpack came damaged! Not enough for me to want to return it (because I don’t believe the next one would be perfect) but I was pisked off. Packed in just a plastic wrap, no bubbles, no cardboard (though on the front!), it resulted in damage to the backpack in transport. After all, it was known that he would travel half the world!
