nice little mount for my new tripod. the swivel ball allows 360 degree orientation of the camera or light source. then locked in place with a small turn. very useful stuff to hold thing in place quickly. my old tripod has only 3 degree of freedom, single directional only or vertical rotation. this one is more versatile.
