looks certainly solid and sturdy.
will it hold 30kg? up to a certain angle of 45 degree of the legs yes.
but when it is too flat and fully extended i do not think so, on 20 degree flat fully extend was slightly wobbly.
but for the price of 200€ discounted it is a absolutely good buy! considering other tripods of the same weight cost triple or more.
