I decided that I would use the classic light studio racks instead. Of course, this tripod cannot withstand a large softbox, but you can put a compact video light on it (even a 50 cm light stick at 90 degrees is kept at maximum height without problems).
Can still be used for shooting with small cameras from a high point. Holds quite reliably, but stabilization in such a camera is desirable if you move the camera at the maximum length of the tripod.
The weight of the tripod is 500 grams-this is better than a typical photo stand for a similar cost. But the weight that he can withstand will be less. But, most importantly, it is twice as short in the folded state of 36 cm versus 70-75 cm.
I have already ordered a second such tripod. I think two is better than one.
